A Photographic Quote of Note:
I was next to Bobby (Kennedy) when he was shot. It was hideous. Part of me wanted to crawl away. I couldn't. That was when I had to deliver. I was saying to myself, "Don't fail now, fail tomorrow." The Kennedy thing - I still wake up in the night and think about it. I even remember the f-stop. It was 1.4

I expect Beaver Cleaver's mother or Donna Reed to step out of the trees at any moment. This seems like a very old photo. It's very elegant, I think.

Wow. Awesome quote. I can't imagine being a witness to such a tragedy. I don't think I'd ever recover.

The photo is gorgeous. Something sad about it.

A poignant quote for sure. I like how you have processed this shot Michael, it very - old kodak - color.

wow there is great sadness here -- i too feel the heaviness -- a wonderful philosophical question you bring to bear... this is a quite surreal photo -- in large part due to the almost 'technicolor' of the image!! wonderfully done!

I so love how you did this one, Michael!! The slight desat is amazing... you've made an otherwise cliche shot and extraordinary image.
