Tsunami Evacuation Route

Posted by
Michael Rawluk (Williams Lake, BC, Canada) on 29 June 2008 in Landscape & Rural and Portfolio.

The odd thing is, the ways to evacuate are straight up a mountain, straight ahead into the water, or travel miles along a sea-level road. You will need lots of warning.
A Moment in Photographic History:
On June 29, 1844 the first installment of William Henry Fox Talbot's photographically illustrated book “The Pencil of Nature” was published in England.
A Photographic Quote of Note:
Many pictures turn out to be limp translations of the known world instead of vital objects which create an intrinsic world of their own. There is a vast difference between taking a picture and making a photograph.
