Autumn Blues
Posted by Michael Rawluk (Williams Lake, BC, Canada) on 26 September 2008 in Plant & Nature and Portfolio.
A Moment in Photographic History:
The USAnian photographing sociologist Lewis Hine was born September 26, 1874. Hine documented the horrid working conditions of the poor immigrants from Europe and the children working in mills. His camera was often hidden or disguised so that he could take authentic photographs. He shot wonderfully sad pictures without using flash.
A Photographic Quote of Note:
Photography can light-up darkness and expose ignorance

All Images are Copyright ©Michael Rawluk. Just thought I would say that although why anyone would want to use them is beyond me. Well, Colette Amelia does on occasion but she always gives me a kiss after. So, if you want to use an image ... we can work something out ;-)
