A Moment in Photographic History:
German photographer Waldemar Franz Herman Titzenthaler was a photographer with a social conscience. Born August 19, 1869 Titzenthaler shot socially committed portraits of the working classes at the end of the nineteenth century and beginning of the twentieth.
