A Moment in Photographic History:
Hugh Welch Diamond died June 21, 1886. Diamond was one of the earliest photographers in England. Besides being a phtographer, Diamond was a doctor who specialized in the treatment of mental patients at, Bethlehem Hospital, the Surrey County Asylum. Diamond was one of the founders of the Photographic Society, was later its Secretary and also became the editor of the Photographic Journal.

All Images are Copyright ©Michael Rawluk. Just thought I would say that although why anyone would want to use them is beyond me. Well, Colette Amelia does on occasion but she always gives me a kiss after. So, if you want to use an image ... we can work something out ;-)
