Crisp, striking image.

This is so striking. So clean and crisp. I wish my house were that clean and crisp. But, the furnace AND fireplace has been on ALL THE BLOOMIN' DAY, so I guess I will keep my house, instead.
This is beautiful, Michael. I love the composition.

O Michael I adore this, I love the entire compo and how did you manage such a glowing b&w, without the 'wobbling' sometimes in teh next few days you'll see on of my black and whites re sail boats, and I fell in love with it, but no matter what, i can't get the wobble out (especially where the flooding occured) it's fine on my computer? as for Jerry's quote I can so relate although it's a bit arrogant LOL

A major visual triumph, this one is! The tepees remind me so much of a legendary pre-children trip my wife and I once took through South Dakota, except there were no mountains like this in the background, just rolling hills.

A majestic image, Michael ... beautifully photographed ... your b&w is exceptional (although, I must admit, I'd love to see this in color, also)!
Somehow I find this an amazing black and white. Highlights seem fine and everything just looks nice

The black and white is a perfect choice for this contrast and scenery. BTW, I love your new home and I can see how it would give you that 'vacation' feel ;-) It is also comforting to see that you have an open door policy!

This is such a startling image in B&W....those teepees seem to glow against the backdrop of the darker mountains!
