I try to avoid the rampant capitalistic tendency to buy buy buy but yesterday I bought a new scanner. A Canon 8800F that goes like stink. My slooooooow HP scanner won't work with Windows Freakin' Vista. - A Moment of Photographic History: Ernst Abbe was born January 23, 1840. Abbe, a physicist, worked for Carl Zeiss and after the death of Zeiss took over the company. He set up a profit-sharing plan with the employees in 1900 and established an eight hour work day.
I appreciate your comments and constructive criticism.

Nice capture of light falling on the carts, to go with your statement. I've noticed how accessories won't work with new systems too.

You have made the ordinary extraordinary. Great light and the b/w excellent. The pov with the light and shadows is perfect.

Great contrast illustrating the light and dark side of life's choices/decisions/necessities. I still have not 'upgraded' to freakin' Vista, but will probably be forced to before long. :-( Hope all else is well.
