A Moment of Photographic History: Hungarian optician Josef Max Petzval was born January, 6 1807. He devised a portrait lens with an aperture of approximately f3.6. His lens reduced exposure time by 90 per cent.

good play on words...the gangs were quiet that day I see...no bullets flying in the lower hood. It is a sad state of affairs when people are not safe in their own homes.

Is that a dead end sign in your neck of the woods? You know what ours look like? They say, No Outlet or Dead End...lol...don't you just hate dirty snow? Interesting image.

They stole the checker board from the little old guys in front of the general store and tacked it up on a sign post. Seriously Michael, it's an interesting shot with a different meaning for each of us. Thanks for making us dust off our imaginations today!
