The Madonna Breast

What is the deal with breasts? They cannot be shown in public when we all, men included, have them to some extent. Why? Is only those with the potential to produce milk that can't be seen? Or is there some size restriction. If you are over a certain size then you are prohibited.

Can't be that. Some men have huge dugs while some women are quite petite, nearly nonexistent.

If the Madonna were to suckle a wee infant, would she be banned from airports as has happened to some mothers recently?
