What does it take?

What does it take to go careening down a mountain on a bicycle? The wild abandonment of youth? Courage? Just a desire to have fun at high speeds?

I get jealous, sometimes, that other people have the fun doing things that I would like to have but lack the hoo-haws to do.

Why is that?
