Isn't the world a wonderful place of free expression. I guess I am showing my age by stating that when I was a young 'un it was nearly a hanging offense to express yourself in what was thought to be a vulgar manner.
Of course this individual has a sensitively positioned hair to act as a filter to prevent heart attacks among the blue haired crowd.
